For students who are 14 and 15 seeking employment:

Student will fill out the link HERE, your employer will fill out their portion of the link,

and the student should contact us with the code provided by the employer

for school to complete permit. Please bring code to Mrs. Katie

in the Attendance Office to complete permit.
