Education Verification\u00a0should be made at CBHS.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Contact Student Services at 770-967-0080 or email Jennifer Graves at jennifer.graves@hallco.org.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You can also fill out this form to request transcripts directly from Jennifer Graves <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/2Fn6AcSLTwQViShd7\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/2Fn6AcSLTwQViShd7<\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u200b<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>For students who graduated over two years ago:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">These students should be directed to the HCSD website at\u00a0<u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hallco.org\/\">www.hallco.org<\/a><\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A link to transcript requests &amp; education verification can be found on the right hand side of the home page under the tab \u2013\u00a0<em>Get a copy of\u2026<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Students will then be connected to\u00a0<em>Need My Transcript<\/em>, a new service we are using to improve this process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Students will select the high school they graduated from, date of graduation, and provide other relevant information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">There will be a $5 charge for these requests as well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The HCSD still maintains all educational records and Student Services will still be responsible for the retrieval and processing of the transcript request.\u00a0 The use of\u00a0<em>Need My Transcript<\/em>\u00a0simply allows us to streamline and simplify the process on the front end which should result in a faster and easier overall experience for our former students.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>**\u00a0Please note:\u00a0<\/strong>Many colleges will accept or upload transcripts in &#8220;batches&#8221; with other transcripts. This could mean that while the college received your transcript, it may not be uploaded until it receives many transcripts from other students. If you think there has been an error with a transcript request or if the individual college application portal does not indicate that a transcript has been received,\u00a0please call the college admissions office. Oftentimes, an admissions representative will be able to tell you that the college has received the transcript, but that it is in the process of being uploaded.**<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Official ACT scores (<u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.act.org\/\">www.actstudent.org<\/a><\/u>) and SAT\/AP scores (<u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.collegeboard.org\">www.collegeboard.org<\/a><\/u>) must be requested by the student and sent directly from the testing agencies.
