Getting your Learner’s Permit/Driver’s License?

If you are getting your Learner’s Permit you will need a Certificate of Enrollment notarized from the school to verify your school enrollment.  This form is $2 at the time of pick up.  To request that form, please click here.

If you are getting your Driver’s License you will need a Certificate of Enrollment notarized from the school to verify your school enrollment.  This form is $2 at the time of pick up.

You will also need your Alcohol & Drug Awareness Participation Certificate (ADAP).  To request the form, please click here.
